One of our many specialty focus areas is lung cancer. We combine a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team with state-of-the-art facilities to offer a comprehensive course of treatment for lung cancer. Before we can decide on the best approach, we work with you to determine the stage of your cancer. Staging uses a variety of tests to see if the cancer has spread beyond your lungs. Tests may include computed tomography (CT) scans, ultrasounds, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), and bone scans.
In addition to traditional surgical procedures, we are leaders in minimally invasive therapies for patients who may not be candidates for surgery or patients who seek to avoid traditional surgery. Most of the procedures we perform are minimally invasive.
