Heart Aware

This exciting new web-based program is designed to help patients with few or no symptoms understand their risk of heart disease and learn more about the tools necessary to take care of their hearts, including lifestyle modifications and medical therapies. To participate, patients take a short online questionnaire and receive a personalized report explaining their risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Heart Aware patients also have the opportunity to visit Lenox Hill Heart and Vascular for a free consultation with a nurse.
